A few general questions and answers about Five Reasons Hotel & Hostel.
If you can't find an answer here, you are of course welcome to contact us.

 

Breakfast

 

We offer a rich breakfast buffet every morning from 7:00 to 11:00 for €8.90.

​

Bedding

Bed linen are included and when you arrive with us, your bed will already be freshly made.

​

Check-in/ Check-out

Check-in is possible from 2 pm
Check-out is until 12:00 pm
If you arrive a little earlier or still have some time before departure, you are of course welcome to leave your luggage in our luggage room.

 

Smoking ban

 

Throughout Five Reasons Hotel & Hostel is a smoking ban in the hostel. In the event of a violation, €575 plus the costs of the fire service will be charged.

 

Age restriction

Persons under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay overnight in a dormitory with the prior written consent of the hostel.

Individual beds in a dormitory cannot be booked with children under 14 years old.

Groups (of 8 people or more)

Bookings for groups of 8 or more must be made directly with Five Reasons Hotel & Hostel.
Bachelor parties or group trips where the consumption of alcohol and/or partying are the main focus are not permitted.
If the reservation is made under false pretenses, we reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time, even at short notice.
 
Should the above-mentioned problems occur on the day of arrival or during the stay, we also reserve the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect. In this case, the costs for the first night will be charged.

 

Pets

We do not allow pets.
Exceptions can be made for certified service animals.

Internet

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and you receive access automatically upon check-in at reception.

 

Bachelor parties

We do not welcome bachelor parties as we have unfortunately had very bad experiences with them.  

Bookings made under false pretenses will not be accepted by Five Reasons Hotel & Hostel not fulfilled.

 

Public transportation

The subway stop Opernhaus is right in front of the house. In another five minutes walk you can reach the main train station. Towards the city center, the Lorenzkirche and Weißer Turm stops on subway line 1 are also within walking distance. You can buy tickets at one of the many ticket machines at the stops. If you have any questions, we will of course be happy to help you.

 

Parking spaces

 

We offer parking for €12 euros per night.

Laundry service

Unfortunately, we do not offer a laundry service in-house, but there is a launderette and a dry cleaner within walking distance. Just ask us, we'll be happy to help you.
